The client must ensure safe access to the work site for our personnel and equipment. Pondz Technical Services is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage that occurs due to unsafe site conditions or lack of cooperation from the client. The client must comply with all OSHA and local safety regulations during our work on their property.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. If terminated by the client after work has commenced, the client is liable for payment of work completed, materials supplied, and associated costs incurred. Termination does not relieve the client of financial obligations already incurred.
